Program Description
The BEA NextGen Village is a virtual mentorship community designed for high school students, college students, and young adults who want real-life guidance on money, mindset, leadership, and career direction.
This is not a class you log into and forget.

This is a community, a safe space, and a growth environment where students learn the skills school doesn’t teach—but life demands.

Through bi-weekly live Zoom sessions, members receive:
  • Practical life and financial education
  • Exposure to professionals, entrepreneurs, and leaders
  • Tools to build confidence, discipline, and clarity
  • Mentorship that meets them where they are
     
Each session combines teaching, conversation, and action steps, helping students apply what they learn immediately—not “someday.”

Who is this program for?

The NextGen Mentorship Collective is designed for high school students, college students, and young adults who want guidance in life skills, money management, leadership, and personal growth.

Students do not need to have everything figured out—this program is for those who are willing to learn and grow.

How often does the program meet?

We meet bi-weekly on Zoom, for a total of two live mentorship sessions per month.

Each session includes teaching, discussion, and practical action steps students can apply immediately.

How long are the sessions?

Sessions are typically 60–75 minutes.

We value students’ time and design each call to be engaging, structured, and impactful without being overwhelming.

What topics are covered?

Topics rotate monthly and include:

Budgeting and money management

Credit and financial responsibility

Discipline, habits, and time management

Career exploration (college, trades, entrepreneurship)

Leadership, confidence, and communication

Identity, purpose, and decision-making

Guest speakers are periodically invited to share real-world experience.

Is this program faith-based?

The program is values-driven and rooted in integrity, discipline, and purpose.

Faith may be referenced when appropriate, but the program is welcoming to students of all backgrounds and is not structured as a religious class.

What if my student can't attend live?

All live sessions are recorded and made available to members through the private members-only portal.

Students can stay engaged even if they miss a live call.

How much does the membership cost?

The membership is $39 per month, billed automatically.

This includes access to all live sessions, replays, guest speakers, and member resources.

Membership can be canceled at any time.

Are there any additional costs?

No additional costs are required.

Optional 1:1 coaching sessions are available for members who want personalized support, but they are not required to participate in the program.

What is 1:1 coaching used for?

Private coaching sessions are ideal for:

Who leads the program?

The program is led by an experienced educator, mentor, and financial literacy advocate with a background in youth development, education, and real-world application.

Guest speakers are carefully selected professionals and leaders in their fields.
