Program Description The BEA NextGen Village is a virtual mentorship community designed for high school students, college students, and young adults who want real-life guidance on money, mindset, leadership, and career direction. This is not a class you log into and forget. This is a community, a safe space, and a growth environment where students learn the skills school doesn’t teach—but life demands.
